It was quick and efficient. Concerns were discussed and some of them were taken care of in a good amount of time. AJ has been very understanding, very cooperative with some unusual situations that we have encountered. He has done more than what you would expect a property manager to do. I would highly recommend him and Brewer Stratton to others!
