I bought a notebook, I received it perfect, everything good up there. When I start using it I notice that it is super slow, I make the claim, I follow the steps indicated for the return, they make me the credit note and they agree to return the money and never again anything. I contact them and they tell me that the return was rejected and that they will send me the machine again. They never appeared at consumer defense hearings. Terrible service and customer service
