We had Wismans out this week to "fix" our dryer. They were here ten minutes to determine that it was not our dryer. In fact, it was an electrical issue. We got charged a $90 fee for something they could not handle ( I had explained the issue over the phone prior to the visit). Furthermore, when I called their customer service line to speak with a manager, Chrissy, she was screaming at me through the phone stating that it was their policy to charge folks no matter what. I am very disappointed by the etiquette of a manager let alone the bill we received for nothing. This is why many companies offer a free diagnosis before charging the customer.
