The customer service at the respa was friendly, the breakfast good and varied. The floor cleaners were also friendly. Air conditioning was missing from the room and the outdoor pool was under renovation. This was not mentioned when booking accommodation (online). The spa hotel is in a beautiful location and well managed to walk to Moomin World with a 6-year-old child.
