Clean older hotel. It's very dated, but serviceable. Internet was speedy and rooms were clean. I didn't care for the religious overtones (large scripture verse painted in the lobby) but that's just my preference. The whole hotel could use an update. Carpets, furniture, decor, etc. For the same money, you could stay at a much newer or updated hotels near by in Yakima or Richland. We stayed here because it was the only hotel in the area we could find that had a suite (which we prefer when traveling with our daughter). That said, Sunnyside is a very pretty little area.
