Bad service I find a notice to pick up a registered letter at a tobacconist's I go to the tobacconist's and the shopkeeper after rummaging here and there for several minutes realizes that he has delivered the registered letter addressed to me to another person with my same surname but name different (easily deducible from the discovery of the only registered letter addressed to the "namesake"). I invite the operator to pay more attention and, for this, I am also treated in a bad way. It would be better if everyone did their job and only that. Since this is sensitive data to whom I ask for any compensation from Defendini or the incapacitated tobacconist?
