In my opinion, the atmosphere and place are all really good and make it comfortable, but unfortunately, even though this good place is very very poor service, I intend to take a break not to stay overnight, because my trip was still far away when I was waiting for half an hour on the grounds the room was being cleaned even though before I had asked if there was an empty room until I was told to wait for 1 hour and a half that my room money had been entered at that time, when I was with my family for a few hours rest it was a waste of waiting there, even though Sunday was not so I ordered the room there were only 2 guests but really bad service until a long wait, until I stayed in front of the receptionist there wasn't a single person or waiter there because I asked for an explanation of my room, until I found a servant who went where and why I was told wait another 10 minutes on the grounds waiting for the room to check out hours 2 noon position there I was half 3 in the afternoon waiting from 1 pm, even though before I asked if there was an empty room? His servant said there was an empty room and immediately asked for my room money, until I was waiting a long time I decided not to go but with the excuse of being cut by 50%. because I do not want to lose already waiting a long time and my money must be cut 50% I decided to be rested there, immediately arrived at my room receptionist cell as many as 10 times not appointed to ask for drinking water as a facility there until I tried the phone to the cafe section there and Kereceptionis have been delivered until I check out home no one is delivering water to my room. I'm really disappointed that the service here is a shame, even though the place is good, only the service is very bad.
