If I could give zero stars, I would. We woke up this morning in our rental and all of the food in our freezer was completely thawed and the fridge was no longer working. When I called the office and talked to Phil, he was so disrespectful and rude and had no urgency to my emergency. In fact he told me it wasn't an emergency. But $150 of food gone bad, in one of their rentals due to a maintenance issue, seems pretty important to me. He was totally unprofessional and having worked in the Apartment Management business for 2 years, I know how to properly take care of this situation and this was not it. We will not be renewing our lease with this company. Consideration, kindness and the ability to promptly help your customers goes a long way. Phil contains none of those characteristics. Becky, however, at the front desk is AMAZING and deserves a raise for her compassion and kindness.
