The day of the delivery I got an email saying my ordered item wasn't in stock anymore and they delayed the delivery from April to June (understandable in this period, but would have better if they didn't accept my money before telling me it was out of stock).
I sent several emails asking for a refund 10 days ago, and still got no answer. Phone line is always busy.
