Chase was wonderful. He is very personable and friendly. He explains everything very well so that I fully understood my options. The price was so high that I was shocked. That's why I tried last night to repair my toilet myself, but I just did not have the proper tools. Chase worked fast amd tested everything thoroughly before he left. I will still always try to do my own plumbing work in the future, but this time my old toilet was just impossible to loosen the bolts with my small tool set.
