I had a water heater decide to give out and proceeded to overflow its pan and flood downstairs as well. John Moore Services had Rey at my property within an hour of my call and he was incredible. He quickly analyzed the sitution and jumped into action saving me further property damage. He was great in spelling out the problem(s) and multiple solutions.
