I've been a member for 2.5 years and must say that...

I've been a member for 2.5 years and must say that they don't have a personal approach at all and just want to get your money, whatever it takes. I had to cancel my membership because I urgently had to move to another area where there are no any other third space clubs so it was impossible to visit the club anymore. But they required to pay for an extra month from the beginning of the next one according to their cancellation policy. So I must throw almost 240 pounds for 1.5 months for nothing! I explained my circumstances to the customer support but they totally ignored my email sending me a standard letter with questions I'd already answered. It was like talking to a wall of bricks.Then I asked at the reception if I could attend another club instead for this period at least occasionally which is a bit closer but they said that I had to pay an extra fee to do so! Moreover, they constantly raise the cost of membership (3 times during my membership by 10-12 pounds each time).
So now they want me to pay for the period I couldn't and didn't use the club. I think the lack of personal approach and flexibility ruins the whole experience.
