One star is too high a rating for this firm. Only recently have they posted their physical address rather than just a post office. Do not respond to your enquiries and is a never-ending collection. No matter how many $'s I have sent it has never been enough. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.
