Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I needed to speak with someone to query an invoice in November, I left multiple messages and called at multiple times on multiple days. I was constantly told that there was no one who was able to help me but my number would be taken and passed on. I explained that due to my job I was only able to talk at certain times and needed to be called within those times. I had no response until late January and even still they would call me whilst I was at work. It is now March and the issue has not been resolved. Poor service on all levels, but particularly from those in higher up positions who can't seem to grasp the fact that people work and study and cannot always answer their phone.
