I ve always purchased used cars with extended warranties so you can only imagine how much negative equity I had. Walking into any dealership had always been intimidating to me. This was quite the opposite experience. In the long run they re helping to get me out of my negative equity, gave me what I asked for and got me into a 2018 RAV4 that I am loving!! Absolutely, hands down, the best car shopping experience I ve ever had! This is my first Toyota lease and probably won t be my last! Andrew took care of me like I was a good friend or family member even though we had just met. So pleased with my decision to choose Modern Toyota. Highly recommended!!! Ask for Andrew Robinson!
