I recently received my second car loan through New Roads Auto Loans. I decided to purchase my leased vehicle around a year ago while in an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy. The process of finding a lender that knew what was required and how to handle a new loan with a person in Chapter 13 proved difficult right away, most either not understanding the differences between Chapter 7 and 13, or just knew it required extra work so they didn't offer loans to those in an open bankruptcy. I was so relieved to find this company because they immediately knew what was required and what paperwork would be needed. My first loan agent a year ago was Jeremy Burrus and he did an excellent job. Unfortunately, last month I was rear ended by another driver and totaled my vehicle. I called New Roads and they were quick to help me get the process started on purchasing another vehicle. This time I worked with Jenny Barandas and she went above and beyond helping me get into the car I wanted. I picked up my new vehicle yesterday and couldn't be happier. I feared initially when filing bankruptcy knowing that I would have to make a car purchase (1st car's lease was set to term while bankruptcy was still open) was that any company willing to work with me would treat me poorly due to bankruptcy and/or try to rip me off by ridiculous charges/interest rates. Throughout the whole process, my biggest surprise was that New Roads Auto Loans gave me competitive rates on both loans and never treated me like anything less than a customer. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation to me.
