[This is a review of LMG, the group, not on this specific facility in Leesburg.]

* The doctor's front office thinks only their God-given time is important, not that of patients. [Aug'19] Had 3 consecutive postponements from them, because the doctor had a family emergency (understandable, after all they are humans and have families), one call had come just minutes before the appointment (that too is okay, an emergency is an emergency). I went 3 minutes late for my first appointment after driving 42 miles from work, the front office cancelled my scheduled appointment in my face, booked an appointment 2 weeks later and sent me home. The next two appointments I waited at least 25 minutes each after checking in!! Unfortunately, I can't sue them.
* [Oct '19] They charge money ($50) for providing documents requested, they can't provide a copy for patient's records, even after the doctor instructed.
* Their billing department is horrible. The invoices are not meant to be useful. Doesn't show what is the patient responsibility for each visit.
* [Sep'19] Got an invoice saying I owed them $20 from 2017, when I didn't even know which provider in their group sent it. Called them to find out. They had no clue either!
* You just can't reach them by phone. You get to leave VMs, apparently a VM just goes into some black hole.
* [Jan '20] Their portal sucks, doesn't send an email when you make an online payment, although it says "payment received, you'll receive an email", no confirmation number, no details.
* [Dec' 19] Requested a year-end statement for FSA purposes. Two calls over three weeks (read VMs left), I'm still waiting. They just can't do a simple thing correctly. They are just after your money! Find a provider somewhere else, you will live longer!!
