They did a nice job with the installation of a Generac generator. However after filling out the service contract and being promised a service visit just to look the generator over and change oil in December of 2014 they never showed up. I was told 6 weeks backlogged. Its seems they are tied up with new Generator installations and not looking after existing customers.
