I can't say enough about the stellar service I received from Greg, Brent and Lisa at Avenir Mortgage. They are THE reason we are in our new house, because they closed our loan in 12 days (yes - closed our loan and we had the keys in 12 days!). We were competing with an investor who had mostly cash and offered the sellers a 12 day close. Greg promised that he could close our loan in the same time frame, thus making us competitive. Greg, Brent and Lisa worked so hard to make that deadline. They were extremely organized and knowledgeable. Brent pulled long hours for us and made it happen!
