The property manager we had at the start was great...

The property manager we had at the start was great, Vicky you were responsive and always answered our calls and emails right away. She is the only reason why I am reviewing 2 stars otherwise it would be 1 star.
The new property manager looking after her properties, I hope the other tenants are having better luck with her than we did.
Impossible to get in contact with, had to chase her up numerous times about maintenance issues (which resulted into me getting the maintenance mans number myself), taking almost a month now to get our bond money back - which we are still chasing by the way.
I would like to think we were great tenants, paid 2 weeks early, left the property in mint condition and looked after it as though it was our own home. Understandable whilst doing departure clean we missed the marks on one bedroom wall - which we came back to the property to clean!! But still? Come on guys, it's almost a month for our bond and I am being more than patient.

Good luck to any future tenants staying at one of these properties!
We won't stay with John Hopkins ever again.
