I have a family member at this location for rehab ...

I have a family member at this location for rehab after surgery. Mind you, this is during the Covid-19, so we can't visit. We have called and received no answer and no call back several times. Today we called over 10 times and left at least 4 messages about some medical problems he has been dealing with and received no response. When we finally did get ahold of someone, they were dismissive and would not get us the information we need to make an educated decision as to what care he needs! WE CAN'T SEE HIM!! WE NEED THEM TO WORK WITH US AND THEY ARE NOT HELPING! We are beyond frustrated at this point and will be moving him somewhere else.
