Don t waste your time trying to donate to this place. Their customer service is so bad it should be illegal (we rang a doorbell and knocked on the door 3-4 times as multiple people just sat on the other side WATCHING US). I had gotten a response to my initial email so I tried making an appointment (no walk-ins during Covid - understood) four days prior and got no response this time, not even to tell me they were full or that I needed to make a different appointment time - so unprofessional. They are by far the most unorganized company with the passively rudest employees I ve ever had an encounter with. I get that times are tough given Covid, but we were trying to donate FREE items to them and got treated very poorly. I respect what they are doing for those who are struggling in the community, but you re better off going to the Salvation Army two miles away (the man was SUPER friendly and helpful).
