Great Quality, Customer Service, and Value. I purchased two kits from Costco along with an additional path lighting kit. While they looked good on the website and the reviews are positive I wanted to see for myself. WOW, was I amazed from the start... I know people don't normally get excited over how a product is packaged, but I have to say Volt puts as much thought into their packaging as an I have seen. Just from that alone I figured everything else had to be good quality and wow was I correct in that assumption. The lights are heavy brass that will stand the test of time. The transformer is a work of art in stainless steel. I was a little disappointed at first that there is no way to mount the transformer on a wall without taking it apart and drilling through the back, but once I put it together and had it installed I really like the look of it.
I called the support line and was surprised to have the call picked up right away and the person was a Volt employee, not someone in a call center somewhere. He was knowledgeable and very helpful along with being very cordial.
The runs for my lights exceed the recommendations for the supplied cable so I had to order a larger gauge. I found Volt prices were competitive with other online retailers and auction sites.
I will be purchasing more accessories from Volt and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a system that will last a lifetime... speaking of lifetime, their warranty will make sure the system lasts...
