Disappointing dealings with customers! In the morning I had booked and paid for two tickets online for a performance at 3:30 p.m. Unfortunately we were unable to attend the performance at short notice due to a hospital visit. When I called at 3:25 p.m., a friendly member of staff informed me that cancellation and reimbursement of ticket prices was no problem. I should just come over with the online tickets. When I did this in the evening, the employee at the cash register consulted with the company management. Afterwards I was informed that a cancellation could not be made because I should have reported before the performance. I did this! My reference to this was of no use. Result: I still drove to the cinema and had to pay parking fees there - unfortunately, with the promised reimbursement of the ticket prices, it was nothing! See you again at Luxor Heidelberg! Every star is one too many!
