Ever since or even before availing your services I really smelt disaster. And I was right. I am in the U.S. and this team is scattered all over the place. They don't have the bandwidth for international clients but still took us on. Communication with them has been hell. Rather than making things easy, they make it difficult and give out all the wrong information and then blame the client itself. I wish I hadn't made a payment to them and done the CANADA immigration myself. Only the sales people sweet talk you into getting their service but the truth is, the team is not capable of handling the task. They promise to help on all fronts, and then suggest we get external help for each task, which costs more. I think it's the most incompetent service out there. Please steer clear.
