Accram has been our IT partner for the better part of 13 years. We have found that their accessibility and level of commitment to solving any problems that we may face as a growing business extremely beneficial. Their ability to find solutions to whatever issues which may be present in a timely and efficient matter makes them stand out against other IT providers in our area. They re HIPAA certified as well so we know they understand that our client data is highly confidential and must be kept secure at all times.

Having an on-premise IT department is not a cost-effective solution for most small-medium sized businesses like mine. If another business owner was to ask me for my opinion when choosing an IT provider, I would tell them that Accram is their best solution if preventing problems and quickly resolving any issues that may arise is important to them.
