Decent service.. Except every single time I am her...

Decent service.. Except every single time I am here.. I wait 50 minutes to an hour and a half in the waiting room and then another half hour in the exam room. It's nuts! Plus they told.me they were going to do a pap smear.. Did it.. I called back 2 weeks later and no one had any recollection of it ever getting done or processed. Had to make another appt and wste time in the waiting room.. and not even for a doctor. For a freekin nurse! No one has time.for this!!
