I brought my 2017 A3 Convertible in for its first service at 10,000 miles. I was greeted by at least three different people early in the morning. My service rep. was Robert Snipe. He was great! He was very pleasant and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. I did not need to contact him one time! He knows great customer service. Super nice, answers all your questions and has great follow thru!
