Agero is one of the biggest shams in the industry, HORRIFICALLY run & professionally mismanaged "disorganization by design" is the best way to describe them. They truly are the cancer of the industry victimizing not only the general public by putting there safety in jeopardy by promising there clients (insurance companies) a service for a price that they simply cannot provide without victimizing both the customer as well as the service provider & that's exactly there business model! ......they will literally spend hours circle calling tow company's in the middle of the night price shopping for a customer who has run off the road in a blizzard (no exaggeration) if they cannot find a company to do it for oh most nothing just so they can make a profit they will just leave the person there for hours on end until they get someone to say yes & then they. Don't pay them for 45 days (at best) and then pay them on average 20% less than agreed just because they make it so difficult to get the difference!
