Poor experience this morning. Ordered large Carmel latte, cinnamon crunch bagel, and plain cream cheese. Ended up with cup only half full, bagel that I asked to be sliced in half and only cut off the very top and still toasted it so one side couldn t eat and other not toasted and finally asked for plain cream cheese and ended up with fat free honey walnut. $8 for all this is unacceptable.
