We lost our a/c this past Sunday due to a power surge. As a retired
military and being senior citizens, my wife and I were concerned about not having any air conditioning this week.

Brian the Owner, came to the rescue. He methodically ran some
diagnostic tests and determined the biggest culprit was a blown fuse
on the main circuit board.

In addition, Brian discovered we had a defective Blower capacitor and
a Contact Relay. Both of these items were replaced and tested.

Above and beyond, Brian courteously installed 20x25x4 Air Filter that I just bought and a new Honeywell Thermostat. I was not charged for these extra services by Brian.

Also I took advantage of their Maintenance Program which Brian
used for my repairs. Maintenance program saved me 15 percent on each of the defective parts.

Finally, I like to let everyone know that Keller Services Heating and Air Conditioning does not "upsell" any products. Instead, Brian will check out
your system and tell you exactly what is needed to be fixed, nothing more and nothing less.

Thought I had to get a new A/C system and Brian said no, mine was still
good.

Million thanks to Brian in getting our much needed a/c back up and in
operation right now.
