I have Medicare and this company didn't even bothe...

I have Medicare and this company didn't even bother to bill them. I found out by looking at my credit report. The facility I went to is in network and has been paid. I do not understand why its so difficult for this place to also bill my insurance. BTW, I saw all the previous reviews and contacted LaDonna with billing twice at the phone number she provides here and have not received a call back.
