Brianna Beer realtor#02041599 denied us the opportunity to view and purchase a house we expressed interest in a few times via phone calls and emails. She had told us the house was not open for viewings till a later date so we made an appointment with her to view for the date we were given.
Because we were coming from Az we had our hotel booked and a rental car booked, however the day before the supposedly opening day she notified us that the house had 4 offers and had accepted one so needless to say we not only lost out on the house but also the expense of hotels and car rental fees. Oh and wait it gets worse, the listing agent was actually from her own office so why didn t she know they were actually showing it before the date we were given.
So if you are looking for an incompetent and useless realtor this is your gal!!
