Great organization to work for!
I have worked at the ABA for 4 years and have not only enjoyed my work, but also creating relationships with all my coworkers. The ABA does a great job at cultivating a respectful work environment. Everyone is very approachable, at every level, and there is great communication. They also make an effort to create time and experiences for the staff to get to know each other better and grow their personal relationships. I feel that everyone knows their purpose and the importance of their work in regards to the Board's objectives, which helps us to be more invested in our work and the organization.
