When I signed up for a contract I was promised all kinds of things from the rep and the main one was 24 hour service for emergency and 48 hours for non emergency. Once I got the contract when I needed to have my Washer fixed I saw that they would not even let you schedule service for 8 days. I called and complained and they moved up my appoint so I only had to wait 4 days. Then at the last minute I got a call saying that the tech was sick and would not be in. I was then told that I would have to wait again several more days. Then on the day that I was to have the appointment again I was told that the technician was running late and would not be able to make it and then needed to reschedule yet again. I was not happy but we rescheduled the appointment. Then at 10:00 PM the technician called and said he would be there shortly. He arrived and fixed the washer. I contacted the Presidents office and was able to cancel the contract. The worst experience I have ever had with a home warranty company. I got a warranty with another company. I would have given them zero stars if I could
