I would give them zero stars. They were supposed to send my son's glucose sensors 9 days ago. They have an issue with the prescription, according to them. The doctor's office called them right away, the person from Medical left 2 messages to talk to the supervisor, I have called so many times and I still don't know if they have fixed it or not. Meanwhile, my son has been out of sensors for many days. Very frustrating. I hope Medical change to a different pharmacy. 9 days already since they should have shipped them!!
