When shopping at the Battle Hill Newcastle Upon Tyne store on 21/03/2019 the staff were arrogant and rude they had only 1 till on and the Que was right up the isle and people were leaving the shopping just dumped any-were and just walking out when a member of staff was approached they gave an attitude of F*** You I am NOT serving. The staff need to remember they only have a job because we the public use the store that kind off attitude looses the store foot fall and that is how you become unemployed, I will not shop there again.
