There's good reasons why recent reviews of this location skew negative: 1. Customer service is terrible, 2. The gym experience gets worse every week, 3. Dues are high and continue to rise.

Here's some examples: On a recent busy Saturday, 4 men's bathrooms were out of order or under construction, leaving only two functioning men's toilets in a 6 floor facility. Two times in the past two weeks, I've used the equinox app to "reserve" a bike in a spin class, only to show up and find that someone had already taken my bike. The locker rooms have signs telling members not to use cell phones in the private areas, but members continue to do so, and staff does nothing to help enforce the policies.

Me and many other members have brought up these and similar complaints with Equinox staff at this location, but the staff is dismissive, rude, and unsupportive. Had staff addressed these complaints with me or other members, then we wouldn't be online writing these negative reviews.

You'll notice that other gyms in the area have better reviews, more satisfied members, and lower prices. Do yourself a favor and join one of those gyms.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that some of the personal trainers are pretty solid here. Otherwise, the place would be a complete joke.
