The way the staff talk and treat the elderly is horrible. Tonight they let a lady sit in the hallway with wet pants and made her apologize for it and then walks in the dining area and screams at another elder lady and pushed her down the hall in the wheel chair like she's going down a bowling ally. And let's not forget all the rap they had playing throughout the building. The staff should work there because that's what they love to do and what not. NOT for a freaking paycheck. No one should be treated like that. It's a shame.
