I ditto completely Kathy Prisant's comments. We too worked with Tony Deerman at Jackson Automotive Group. His customer service was superb. We knew the features we were interested in on the GLE 350 SUV. We had lots of questions and his knowledge of the product put us at great ease. Tony and the entire team working to locate the vehicle that we wanted, was over the top. The business end of the deal was handled also with top notch professionalism. I would recommend Jackson Automotive and Tony Deerman to anyone that I know that might be looking for a Mercedes or Volvo.
