********BED BUGS********* DO NOT STAY HERE MY SON HAS 16 BITES ALL OVER HIS BACK AND NECK AND HOTEL REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING!!!!!!! THEIR DESK ATTENDANT MARY JUST HANGS UP THE PHONE!!!!!! MOST INCOMPETENT GHETTO HOTEL EVER STAYED IN!!!!!!! NOTHING IS WORTH THE MONEY THE POOLS ARE NASTY AND COLD AND SMELL LIKE URINE!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A NEW HOTEL!!!!!! I INCLUDED PICTURES W THIS POST BUT IT GOES TO SHOW HOW LOW THE HOTEL IS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT APPROVE PICTURES TO BE INCLUDED W MY REVIEW! PICTURES ARE OF 16 BITES ALL OVER MY SON AND HOW MUCH DUST YOI CAN EXPECT TO FIND IN YOUR ROOM!!!! I PUT MY 6 MONTH OLD PN FLOOR FOR A MINUTE TO CHANGE AND HIS KNEES, ELBOWS AND TOES OF HIS WHITE OUTFIT WAS BLACK AS BLACK!!!!!!! HOTEL IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR FAMILY AND DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!! I WITNESSED MORE THAN 5 OTHERS NEEDING MANAGEMENT TO COMPLAIN TO ABOUT THEIR STAY!!!! DISGUSTING HOTEL THAT WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR FAULTS!!! THEY TRIED TO OFFER ME A RETURN STAY!!!! HA ID ALEEP IN MY RENTAL CAR OVER THEIR HOTEL ANY DAY!!!!!!!!!! NOW HERES MY ORIGINAL REVIEW BEFORE I FOUND OUT HOW INCOMPETENT THESE PEOPLE ARE. WHEN YOUR EMPLOYEES BAD MOUTH YOU TO CUSTOMERS SONETHING IS WRONG!!!!!!!!! not sure a 1 is even deserving! I grew up in hotels and this place definitely tops worst 5! screwed up our rooms upon arrival, promised a microwave but had to ask several times to actually receive it. Rooms are disgusting, under the sheets you shouldn't find black specs all over the place and if you run your finger across any table or dresser you'll find PLENTY OF DUST!!! prices are OUTRAGEOUS! restaurants on property are not accomodating, they refused to sell me a container of dipping sauce for my 4yr olds dinner and they forgot an entire entree. Rooms ARE NOISY AS CAN BE! If people on adjacent rooms ate in bathroom you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING !!! If on bottom floor you can hear people pulling luggage across the floors and if kids are above you forget resting. We also had an unexpected alarm in the am go off and morning of checkout our do not disturb sign disappears and had house keeping knocking on our door at 9am to see if we are gone!!! check out isnt until 11am why are we being asked if we are leaving!!! absolutely atrocious stay here at coco keys! NEVER WILL RETURN even w a free offer. Save yourself the aggravation and look into another hotel!
