I call the place desert rat regional medical center , where people go to die. The Operations staff are the most incompepetent of any hospital I have ever visited so much so they are feed off each other s lies and incompetencies. Many have been in the same role for over 17 years . Time for tenet healthcare to clean house . Oh don t touch a door knob you will see miscellaneous charges on your bills up the wazoo. They block you on Facebook if you post any negative comments hospital sanitizes everything to keep their reputation spotless. So glad they were recently fined and hopefully Tenet will get bought out the these people will be in the unemployment line , quality control and billing are the worst managed by idiots .Sadly , I liked my doctor but now I have excellent care with Einsenhower medical center .
