I had a great experience. I booked the ride from Manhattan to JFK pretty short notice. The driver, Mr. Dhillon, was on time and helped me with my luggage. I felt very safe and Mr. Dhillon was extremly nice and knew his way around. I highly recommend Carmel. Thank you very much.
