NON-EXISTING SERVICE I bought a Lenovo notebook on 27/3, the online order was successful, but the registration made at the same time I guess not, I did not receive the order confirmation, I could not see the order status , I wrote a lot of emails without receiving an answer, I made countless phone calls with the switchboard always busy, in the doubt that they had climbed my money from the paper without then receiving the PC. Fortunately and unexpectedly, I received the PC, but they had let the credit card payment expire, so I allowed the PC delivered at a later time to withdraw the amount from the prepaid card. Even today 7/5 I tried to call to get the documentation that I deserve, but after being able to take the line, after a long wait they interrupted the communication and as usual you can no longer take the line even with dozens of calls, today was the only time they answered automatically. You can NOT talk about the service, there may also have been an error in the registration phase, but you can not even blame the LOCKDOWN, you can not communicate by phone or email, I hope not to have problems and not to need nothing. I will no longer make purchases on this site, the customer is not considered and the system is not robust enough to be able to trust equally.
