Zero communication. The "Madden Team" are lazy, unprofessional, and offer no communication, assistance/advice, or support. If they sense you are eager to sell they will sell you out to get sale. There's 100's of agents available so no reason to use this garbage company. If you do, you do so at your own peril. I could go on but some people need to learn for themselves.
