Alinea is an experience. If you're going there to expect a simple meal, stay home. Alinea is an amusement park where each service is a culinary rollercoaster. Each dish is an unexpected adventure. Every bite is delicious. This is the first three Michelin star restaurant where I was completely blown away by the originality of the dishes, the quality of the staff and the incredible fun that accompanies each service. If you can afford it, Alinea is definitely worth every second and every dollar for every bite.
