Very bad hospital, it takes poor care of their pat...

Very bad hospital, it takes poor care of their patient after the operation. The operation went very well, the surgeon was very good and that is where the good reputation of this hospital comes from, but what happens after the operation is a disaster. They do not listen to you and send you out at all costs to your home, even if you are not in good shape. It's a shame for a big hospital like this.

They entered the room at 6 to say to convince us not to go to a nursing home when we usually wait 40 minutes before a nurse comes when we ring them and more than a day to see a doctor.
In addition, the doctor told us to put a mattress on the floor and sleep on it to avoid going up the stairs to the bedroom or moving around too much. However, the patient has just had an operation on the spine and is forbidden to bend down, it is absolutely not serious on the part of a doctor. You have to know how to do your job especially when it is in an important sector such as health. We get his words back to the surgeon and other doctors, they were all surprised by this solution and we absolutely advised against putting into practice what he said at the risk of breaking his back.
And finally, they dismissed the patient without explaining anything that the next appointments and what is in his file, they forgot some papers and pikes. Result we return to the doctor 3 days later and to the emergency room because they took care of the patient poorly after the operation.
When the patient tells you that he does not feel ready to go out, it means that he is not ready, this hospital is a factory and does not treat patients like humans. Doctors and nurses must learn to listen and speak to the patient!
