I booked this hotel thru a Priceline Express Deal for 2 nights. This hotel is extremely pet friendly & the first thing I saw upon entering the lobby and next to the restaurant were dogs.
Gross. The room was extremely cramped, dusty and in need of maintenance & upgrades. The shower didn't drain properly. The light in the bathroom cut off & back on constantly. The walls are extremely thin. I was up until 5 a.m. listening to a group of girls in the neighboring room. There's no microwave in the room OR in a common area for guests. An employee had to warm my food in their breakroom and that was only after I complained. The last thing I saw before leaving for another hotel was a bug on the bed. I'm not sure how this hotel has such high ratings. I'm giving one star for service only but the hotel itself was the worst I've ever stayed in. Thanks for allowing to me to cancel the second night and go to the Hilton where everything was perfect.
