DO NOT USE THEM!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. I have used O'Conner for five years and they were fairly good at what they do. However, this past year, they did not do the proper research for my area and allowed over 35% increase in my home value. If you have any complaints, the phone number sends you to INDIA!!!! I requested a supervisor on several occasions but was told they were in meetings and would have to call back. Of course, no one ever called.
