I took my Cayenne here to get my air suspension repair. As soon as I arrive the arrogant service advisor told me this will cost $4K-$6, I told him I already knew exactly what is wrong with it and air bag has been replace. It took 4 days before he get back with me and told me it will cost $16K to do the repair. I told him I understand some parts are need to be replace, but my concern for now is to get it level, he refuse to do further work. I understand Porsche is a high end car and expensive to repair, but this is just to get it level and I think $16K is way too much just for front suspension. This person don't care and show no customer service etiquette. I took my car to other shop and now it's working fine for under $2K.
